Sky Blue Impact develops and arranges the funding for our net zero energy social housing communities in the USA and our large scale net zero energy communities in Africa. Our founder, Sean Rodrigues, with background in Architecture and design, and extensive experience in project development in the USA and Africa, is a passionate advocate for social infrastructure.
Sky Blue Impact strives to find ways to reduce the cost of affordable housing, through smart funding solutions, smart building design and cost transfer strategies, enabling integration of renewable energy infrastructure, often times critical to the development of large scale communities especially when no service infrastructure exist, learning many lessons in Africa that can be applied to all projects.
