Overview 

Lilyvale Lifestyle Estate is a pioneering sustainable, net-zero energy, mixed-use development located in the City of Ekurhuleni, one of Gauteng Province’s major
municipalities. The project spans 35 hectares, master-planned to integrate residential, commercial, environmental, and community-focused components in a self-contained, eco-friendly estate. Developed in partnership with Kiyena Capital Advisory.

Energy Infrastructure

The estate will be powered by a cutting-edge Solar + Fuel Cell energy system, supplied by FuelCell Energy (NASDAQ: FCEL). The energy infrastructure is supported by a robust energy management platform developed in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), ensuring energy efficiency, grid resilience, and minimal environmental impact.

Development Phasing and Timeline

The project is currently in the Pre-Development and Land Entitlement phase, targeting Township Establishment over a 12-month timeline. Upon proclamation, development will proceed in three phases over a 3-year period:

• Phase 1: Construction of 300 dwelling units and supporting infrastructure
• Phase 2: Construction of 300 dwelling units, the retail center, and additional infrastructure
• Phase 3: Construction of the remaining 250 dwelling units and the balance of estate amenities, including sports and recreation facilities and final  infrastructure components
